Sacramento Dedicated Dry Van Team Route – $1,500/Wk Guarantee

• The Opportunity: Secure steady team miles on dedicated West Coast lanes operating out of the Sacramento area. Open to pre-established teams as well as solo drivers looking for a partner match.
• The Financials:
  • Weekly Average: Guaranteed target of $1,500 gross per driver weekly (~$78,000 yearly target).
  • Activity Pay: $15.00 unload pay for every live unload performed.
• Schedule & Home Time:
  • Home Time: Guaranteed weekly 34-hour restart back at home.
  • Shifts & Availability: Rotating day and night dispatches with weekend and holiday driving required.
• Route & Cargo Specs:
  • Weekly Distance: ~5,000 total team miles per week.
  • Territory: Dedicated round-trip corridors running from Sacramento down to Southern California (LA market) and up into the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID).
  • Freight Type: Preloaded dry van freight mixed with live unloads.
• Who We Are Looking For:
  • Licensing & Residence: Valid Class A CDL with primary residence located within 45 miles of Sacramento, CA.
  • Experience Tiers: Welcomes qualified trainees and experienced first-seat drivers (preferring 6+ months of verifiable OTR experience within the past 12 months).
  • Compliance: Clean MVR and background check, alongside mandatory passing scores on DOT physicals, hair follicle, and urine drug screenings.
