About the Opportunity
A well-established equipment company in Madera with over 100 employees is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join its professional team. This role offers strong growth potential and the chance to work closely with the Accounting Manager/Bookkeeper in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Handle administrative duties including data entry, backup receptionist coverage, and processing payments/warranties.
• Provide support to the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of accounting experience (bank reconciliations, AP/AR required).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Professional demeanor.
