Hospitality Beyond the Restaurant Walls

Urgently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Catering Team Members.

The Catering Team is responsible for delivering remarkable hospitality beyond the restaurant walls. This role focuses on serving catering guests through order preparation, delivery, setup, off-site sales opportunities, and food truck events while representing Chick-fil-A Toledo with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced and changing environments.

ROLE

The Catering Team Member is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences in unique environments where life happens.

Availability

• 8:00am–2:00pm and/or
• 6:00pm–11:00pm

Full-Time Team Members must have flexibility to support additional restaurant positions as needed

Pay Rate

• Full-Time: $16.00–$17.00/hour
• Part-Time: $11.75–$13.50/hour

Reports to: Team Leader, Director - Catering, Concept Leader

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and organize catering orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Deliver remarkable hospitality to catering, carry-out, and off-site guests
• Safely transport and deliver catering orders
• Set up catering displays and ensure presentation standards are met
• Support food truck operations and community sales events
• Interact professionally with businesses, schools, churches, and organizations
• Handle cash transactions and accurately manage a register when needed
• Work proactively to solve problems and adapt quickly during busy or changing situations
• Represent Chick-fil-A Toledo with professionalism, hospitality, and care

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old upon hire
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to accurately handle cash and manage a register
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills required
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Ability to respond quickly to changes or adjustments in orders and schedules
• Ability to stand, move, lift, and transport catering items throughout shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Comfortable working both inside and outside in varying environments
