We also collaborate with doctors, nurses and specialists throughout Johns Hopkins Medicine to ensure continuity of your care.
Under direct supervision of the Pharmacy Business Manager and Clinical Programs Manager, the Clinical Pharmacy Technician (CPT) primarily interacts with patients requiring clinical intervention. The CPT works closely with the Prior Authorization team, Patient Assistance Program Specialists, Clinical Coordinators, and all Outpatient Pharmacy staff, prescribers, and medical office staff in order to serve the patients. The CPT will communicate with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and colleagues to relay and obtain pertinent information. The CPT may provide on-call services for patients as required, participates in process improvement, and develops relationships with patients. The CPT also participates in other duties related to the day-to-day operations of the outpatient pharmacies.
Shift: 40 hours per week; modified hybrid

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $20.53/hour - Maximum $33.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
