Role Overview
The Zone Sales Officer is a senior sales leader responsible for driving sustainable, diversified growth across New York Life's core product portfolio, including Life Insurance, Annuities, Long-Term Care (LTC), Individual Disability Insurance (IDI), and Worksite solutions. This role establishes and executes strategic sales priorities, leads high-performing sales organizations, and serves as a key partner between the field and Home Office to accelerate business results.
The Zone Sales Officer combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and talent development to deliver profitable growth while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client focus. This position requires regular travel, with New York as the home office.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $190,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: No
Sales bonus eligible: Yes
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
