Responsibilities
Position Summary: Process, research, and update incoming provider data requests to ensure full regulatory compliance. Review source documents, maintain accurate activity logs, and meet daily submission standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Pull work from dedicated folders to review and process provider data updates.
- Verify practitioner profiles and source documentation for accuracy before system entry.
- Research data discrepancies, correct errors, and submit compliant updates.
- Maintain logs of completed tasks to track daily production goals.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of recent healthcare, health plan, or provider-facing data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Preferred: Previous experience with provider platforms (e.g., Macess, Portico, ABS, NDS).
