Role Responsibilities:

• You will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment in a childcare and preschool setting.
• Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• You will be responsible for communicating regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• Must meet Tennessee state specific guidelines for the role.
• No experience is required.
• Must have GED or high school diploma.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Work Location: In person
