Salary: $75,000 - 95,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on coding experience through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and web or backend development.
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute within an Agile team.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to pass a coding challenge, background check, and drug screening.
• Preferred: Projects demonstrating AI-assisted development, such as AI-generated tests or AI-supported refactoring.
• Preferred: Experience with cloud services, databases, or CI/CD.
• Preferred: Interest in security, privacy, and sensitive-data handling.

• Promote AI-assisted DevSecOps practices, using language models and automation to accelerate secure containerization of legacy applications while maintaining security compliance.
• Develop and maintain AI-enhanced CI/CD pipelines that generate security policies, container configurations, and infrastructure-as-code templates based on application requirements and best practices.
• Use AI coding assistants for implementation, refactoring, and documentation in accordance with team guidelines.
• Generate unit and integration tests, improve test coverage, and reduce defects.
• Support faster pull requests through AI-assisted reviews, summaries, and risk notes.
• Use AI to query logs and documentation, troubleshoot issues, and unblock work.
• Collaborate with product, design, security, and compliance teams to deliver production-ready increments.
• Develop software using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and APIs across the software development lifecycle, including concept, design, testing, and delivery of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
• Participate in technical solution and design discussions.
• Carry out proofs of concept and develop comprehensive solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Add features and improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability to meet client needs.

Compensation is $75,000–$95,000 per year.
