Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• We need an Associates degree in Information Sciences or a related discipline, plus at least two years of experience using or implementing systems tied to the assigned area.
• If a degree is not held, we need a minimum of four years experience using or implementing systems in the relevant area.
• We require excellent analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally across diverse teams.
• We need strong proficiency with MS Office products and MS Visio.
• We expect a general understanding of software development methods, design, and implementation.
• We prefer a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• We prefer five years of experience in a health care environment managing or installing systems in the assigned area.
• We prefer strong project management capability and a professional certification in the assigned application, such as Epic, OnBase, or a similar platform.
• We prefer demonstrated technical knowledge of operating systems, utilities, hardware, IT principles, networking, HL7 protocol, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• We prefer working knowledge of the technical tools and processes used in system development.
• We may require the ability to travel to satellite sites and vendor locations, and the role is subject to on-call coverage.
• We may require the ability to meet physical demands that include sitting, standing, bending, stooping, walking, and using a computer for extended periods.

• We analyze procedures and issues within manual and automated health care systems and document our findings.
• We recommend practical resolution options when appropriate.
• We define system scope and objectives.
• We collaborate with professional staff to gather detailed requirements.
• We help prepare programming specifications.
• We support upgrade and optimization work for revenue cycle systems, including Epic HB/PB and 3M Solventum environments.
• We uphold our mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.
