We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our Houston team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating details, and contributing to successful events in a fast-paced professional environment.

Job Description



As an Events Assistant , you will support the planning, preparation, and execution of company events and promotional activities. You will work closely with the events team to ensure schedules, materials, logistics, and event-day operations are organized and completed effectively.

The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and activities.
  • Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
  • Coordinate event materials, supplies, schedules, and logistical requirements.
  • Welcome and assist guests, attendees, and business partners during events.
  • Communicate with team members and vendors to help ensure smooth event operations.
  • Maintain accurate event schedules, checklists, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the events team.
  • Help identify and resolve event-day issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for attendees.
  • Participate in post-event organization and team evaluations.
