Position Title: Foreign English Teacher
Work Location: Nanjing, China
Monthly Salary: RMB 20,000 – 23,000

Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver daily professional English teaching courses for students from Nanjing Health School. Provide standardized and high-quality English instruction, build an immersive English learning environment, and comprehensively improve students’ English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
2. Complete full-cycle independent teaching preparation. Design systematic teaching schedules in accordance with the school’s official syllabus and students’ learning status, develop customized and targeted teaching courseware, and continuously optimize teaching content to fit the learning characteristics of vocational school students.
3. Follow the official fixed teaching arrangement of the school. Complete 2 classes every afternoon on workdays, strictly fulfill daily teaching duties, ensure efficient and orderly classroom operation, and maintain standardized classroom discipline.
4. Monitor and track students’ daily learning progress flexibly. Adjust teaching methods and course difficulty appropriately based on students’ learning acceptance, deliver timely learning feedback, and steadily guarantee overall teaching quality and learning outcomes.
5. Comply with the school’s teaching management regulations. Finish regular teaching summary reports and sort out relevant teaching documents systematically. Actively participate in school teaching research activities and daily teaching arrangement work.

Basic Job Requirements
1. Native English speaker with authentic, standard pronunciation and fluent oral English proficiency.
2. Passionate about English education careers, patient, rigorous and responsible in teaching work, and able to adapt to vocational school teaching rhythm and student characteristics.
3. Possess independent teaching capabilities, including curriculum design, courseware production and teaching schedule arrangement, with basic awareness of teaching innovation.
4. Abide by the laws and regulations of China and all school rules and disciplines. Own good professional ethics, positive working attitude and excellent teamwork spirit.
