Location: Roachdale, Indiana
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour
Commitment Level: Full-time, long-term, live-in
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

A family in Roachdale, Indiana is seeking an experienced, Nanny to provide dedicated care for their newborn daughter, currently 6 weeks old. This is a full-time position for a nurturing and highly capable caregiver with strong infant experience who is excited to grow with the family over the years.

Private accommodations are provided in a guest suite attached to the main house, including a private bedroom and private bathroom. 

The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, and confident caring for an infant — someone who can establish healthy routines, communicate openly with the family, and provide consistent, attentive care as the baby grows. Candidates should be comfortable living in a rural setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for an infant
• Establish and maintain feeding, nap, and sleep routines
• Bottle preparation, feeding, diapering, and bathing
• Tummy time, age-appropriate play, and developmental engagement
• Maintain infant-related laundry, bottle washing and sterilizing, and nursery organization
• Track daily feeding, sleep, and milestone logs and communicate updates to the family
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the baby's spaces
• Additional child-related duties as needed

Requirements

• Strong, demonstrated newborn and infant experience
• Willing and able to live in the family's home
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with parents
• Comfortable living and working in a rural setting
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
