Machine Operator

In a Machine Operator role, you will operate Flatbed Knitting Machines per work instructions. Recognizes problems with machinery and resolves appropriately. Identifies product flaws and cause of operational issues. 

Hiring for two locations: KCKS & Lenexa, KS  1st and 3rd shifts available. Must have 2-3 years machine operator experience. 

Pay Range: $17.00 hourly - $23.00 hourly

Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 08:30am )

• Performs size changes properly and accurately as specified in KOP’s.
• Communicates with scheduling department.
• Train new employees.
• Inspect knitted products as specified in SOP’s.
• Follow priorities and workorder due dates when completing work.
• Communicates with maintenance and other operators regarding machine operation issues.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Education-high school or equivalent required.
• 1-3 year's experience manufacturing
• Knowledge of calculator, maintenance tool equipment, knitting tools.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
