Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot)
AI-driven code review, optimization, and quality checks
Impact analysis using AI for change management
AI-based unit test generation and productivity acceleration
AI-assisted debugging and log analysis

Strong in clean coding, design patterns, and engineering best practices
Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit/xUnit)
Hands-on in code reviews and governance standards

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
Proven ability in client presentations and executive communication
Experience preparing and presenting weekly/monthly delivery dashboards (KPIs, SLA metrics, status reports)
Ability to interpret metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders (business, product, QA, DevOps, leadership)
Ability to drive onshore-offshore coordination and align distributed teams
Experience handling client escalations and driving resolution with ownership
