In the US, this opportunity is designed primarily for recent undergraduate talent, though candidates with relevant master’s or doctoral degrees may also be considered. About the Role:
As a Financial Analyst in the Graduate programme, you will develop a 360° view of Property & Casualty Reinsurance Finance while contributing across the financial reporting and performance management value chain.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contribute to quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis under Group IFRS 17
Analyze financial results and performance drivers to support business and strategic decision-making
Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Claims, and Underwriting teams across regions and functions
Gain exposure to global financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance activities
Participate in transformation and automation initiatives that improve finance processes and reporting capabilities
Prepare presentations, analyses, and reporting materials for business stakeholders and senior management
Rotate through multiple Reporting & Controlling functions within the P&C Re Finance organization
Apply Excel, reporting tools, and analytical techniques to generate insights from data
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and business outcomes
You'll follow a development track tailored to your strengths, with structured feedback and visibility across the global P&C Re Finance organization.

The P&C Re Finance organization provides the financial insights, reporting, and analysis that help drive strategic decisions and support sustainable business performance. As part of the Graduate Program, you will join a community of early-career talent and experienced professionals across Armonk, Bangalore, Singapore, Zurich, and other locations worldwide. About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Have completed, or are on track to complete, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline between 2025-2027
Have demonstrated academic rigor through course selection and performance; a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 is expected
Have no more than three years of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Are intellectually curious about the Property & Casualty Reinsurance business, financial markets, and the global economy, with the drive to learn quickly, challenge your thinking, and apply new concepts to real work
Think analytically, solve complex problems, and enjoy working with data
Are self-reflective, seek feedback, and apply it to keep growing
Build strong relationships and adapt your style to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
Take ownership and demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and attention to detail
Experience with Power BI, SAP, or other analytics/reporting tools
Demonstrated leadership or project involvement in university or internships
Travel: Some occasional business travel may be required (0–10%)
The base salary for this role is $70,000. Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higher base compensation. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only, and does not include short-and long-term incentives or other benefits offered.
