Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Billing: Performing precise data entry for invoices using QuickBooks Online (QBO) .
- Payment Processing: Handling card payments via SlimCD and managing barter processing.
- Client & Team Communication: Managing phone calls and email follow-ups with clients and team members.
- Data Management: Assisting with ongoing administrative record-keeping and data entry.
