Qualifications:

1. Experience at a global executive search or recruitment firm such as Mercer, Hays, or Michael Page, with hands-on search/recruitment consulting experience.
2. 3+ years in executive search or high-level recruitment, with familiarity with the talent market/recruitment landscape in Japan/Korea or Southeast Asia.
3. Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in relevant local language(s) is a plus.
5. Proven full-cycle sourcing, assessment, and compensation negotiation skills, with strong email communication abilities.
6. Highly self-motivated, able to maintain delivery momentum and professional standards in a remote/flexible work environment.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on candidate sourcing and email outreach across Japan/Korea and Southeast Asia. Your expertise will help us attract and engage top talent in these markets. Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through a range of channels.
2. Conduct initial outreach and email communication with candidates to generate interest and share opportunity details.
3. Assist with CV screening and phone interviews as needed.
4. Partner with the recruitment team to understand role requirements and adapt recruitment strategies.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the recruitment process.
