• 100% outpatient Pediatrics with no inpatient responsibilities
• Monday–Friday schedule, 36–40 hours per week
• Office hours: Mon–Thurs 9a–7p, Fri 9a–5p, Sat 9a–1p
• No Late nights – that’s already covered
• Light phone-only call, 1:5 by week, supported by a night nurse triage service starting at 10p
• Established care team including multiple Pediatricians and experienced Nurse Practitioners
