Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive successful project delivery.
The candidate should have strong Scrum/Agile knowledge, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives while ensuring effective Agile practices.
Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to maintain delivery momentum.
Coach teams on Scrum principles, track sprint metrics, improve team performance, and promote continuous improvement.
