Our client, an early-stage HealthTech startup, is hiring a Full Stack Product Engineer to join their team remotely. The successful candidate will build AI-powered products that support hundreds of thousands of clinical encounters every week, helping treatment providers reduce administrative burden, improve insurance authorizations, and deliver meaningful real-world impact for patients and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI-powered product features that support healthcare providers in their daily workflows.
Develop scalable, end-to-end applications using TypeScript, React and modern cloud technologies.
Create intelligent AI agents and automated workflows powered by large language models.
Take ownership of projects from initial discovery and design through to development, deployment and optimization.
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate insights into impactful product improvements.
Partner with engineering, product and leadership teams to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Help shape technical architecture, engineering practices and development standards as the company grows.
Enhance platform performance, reliability and scalability to support increasing customer demand.
Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions and the continued evolution of the engineering culture.
Build and maintain high-quality software through robust testing and efficient CI/CD processes.
Skillset
Minimum of two years of commercial software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with experience building modern web applications.
Good understanding of SQL, relational databases and effective data modelling principles.
Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled applications using large language models (LLMs).
Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI integration techniques.
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, system architecture and scalable application design.
Proven ability to deliver and maintain production-grade software in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
