Senior Principal Vascular Clinical Specialist role at Medtronic providing technical and clinical support for peripheral vascular therapies. The position involves educating clinicians, supporting complex procedures, managing inventory, and coordinating product initiatives across a regional territory with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical and technical support for vascular products across peripheral arterial, venous, carotid, and fistula therapies
• Educate physicians and care teams through one-on-one training, in-service programs, and conference participation
• Support sales representatives on complex cases and urgent customer needs, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Manage inventory performance across customer accounts through audits, audits, and consignment agreement support
• Build relationships with physicians and administrators to expand therapy adoption and customer engagement

Requirements

• High school diploma plus minimum 14 years healthcare or field sales experience
• OR Associate's degree plus minimum 12 years relevant work experience
• OR Bachelor's degree plus minimum 10 years healthcare or technical experience
• Valid driver's license, active insurance, and company-approved driving record
• Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned Baltimore territory
• Medical terminology knowledge and familiarity with medical device industry
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
