A warm family in Herndon is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate newborn professional to begin ASAP, caring for their 4-week-old baby during 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts, 4–5 days per week, for approximately 8–12 weeks. The ideal candidate has extensive newborn experience and is confident supporting infant feeding, sleep routines, soothing techniques, and early development while providing guidance and reassurance to first-time parents. They are looking for someone calm, professional, and collaborative who enjoys partnering with families during this exciting stage. The family has a highly trained service dog, so comfort around dogs is essential.
