We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master Oracle Cloud CPQ to join our team. This role will involve leading Agile delivery teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing CPQ backlogs, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, removing delivery impediments, and enabling successful Oracle Cloud CPQ implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Scrum, Agile project delivery, Oracle Cloud CPQ, Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, CPQ configuration and pricing, CRM/ERP integrations, Jira or Azure DevOps, and stakeholder management , with a passion for continuous improvement and successful technology delivery.

Job Description
The Agile Scrum Master Oracle Cloud CPQ will lead Agile delivery for teams supporting Oracle Cloud CPQ implementations and related business processes. The Agile Scrum Master Oracle Cloud CPQ will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach Agile teams, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, functional consultants, integration teams, and leadership.
The Agile Scrum Master Oracle Cloud CPQ will also provide delivery enablement across CPQ capabilities including Product Configuration, Pricing and Discounting, Approval Workflows, Quote Documents, Commerce Processes, Lead-to-Quote (L2Q), and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) . The role requires a strong understanding of Agile delivery practices combined with practical Oracle Cloud CPQ implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities Agile & Scrum Facilitation
- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Oracle Cloud CPQ Agile teams.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Backlog Refinement
- Sprint Reviews and Demos
- Retrospectives
- Ensure teams follow Scrum principles, Agile practices, and organizational delivery standards.
- Coach teams on self-organization, accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Protect delivery teams from unnecessary disruptions and unplanned work.
- Facilitate effective communication between development teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Encourage continuous improvement through retrospective actions and measurable outcomes.
- Support teams in identifying and addressing delivery bottlenecks.
Oracle Cloud CPQ Delivery Enablement
- Enable Agile delivery across Oracle Cloud CPQ capabilities.
- Support delivery related to:
- Product Configuration
- Product Models
- Pricing and Discounting Logic

- Quote Documents / Document Designer

- Demonstrate strong understanding of Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Support incremental, business-focused, and risk-aware CPQ delivery.
- Help teams prioritize CPQ functionality based on business value and implementation dependencies.
- Work with functional and technical teams to identify configuration, integration, and testing dependencies.
- Support release planning and readiness activities for CPQ implementations.
Backlog & User Story Management
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well-refined CPQ product backlog.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure stories are ready for development.
- Validate that CPQ user stories contain:
- Clear business objectives
- Well-defined acceptance criteria
- Appropriate scope
- Integration considerations
- Regression impact considerations
- Facilitate estimation for CPQ configuration, pricing, approval, integration, and testing activities.
- Support story point estimation using techniques such as Planning Poker and T-shirt sizing .
- Identify risks associated with poorly defined, oversized, or underscoped requirements.
- Assist Product Owners in breaking complex requirements into actionable user stories.
- Track backlog health and identify aging, blocked, or incomplete stories.
Dependency & Integration Management
- Identify, manage, and track dependencies across:
- Oracle Cloud CPQ
- CRM platforms
- Oracle Sales Cloud
- Salesforce
- Oracle ERP Cloud
- Order Management
- Accounts Receivable
- Pricing
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- MuleSoft

- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Managers, Product Owners, integration teams, and technical leads.
- Proactively identify cross-team and cross-system constraints that may impact delivery.
- Facilitate dependency resolution and communicate potential schedule impacts.
- Track integration readiness across CPQ, CRM, ERP, and middleware teams.
- Support end-to-end testing and integration coordination across connected platforms.
Impediment, Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and remove impediments affecting CPQ delivery.
- Manage issues involving configuration complexity, pricing logic, approval workflows, environment availability, integrations, and testing.
- Maintain transparency regarding delivery risks and mitigation plans.
- Escalate issues with clear impact assessments and recommended actions.
- Track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions with technical and business teams.
- Monitor potential blockers that could impact sprint commitments or release milestones.
Agile Metrics, Reporting & Governance
- Track and analyze Agile delivery metrics, including:
- Team Velocity
- Sprint Predictability
- Cycle Time
- Burndown and Burnup
- Defect Trends
- Carryover Analysis
- Release Progress
- Use metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate sprint and release reporting using Jira or Azure DevOps .
- Provide concise delivery status reports to leadership, business stakeholders, and program management.
- Monitor sprint commitments and identify potential delivery risks early.
- Support governance reviews, release planning, and management reporting.
- Promote data-driven Agile decision-making.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a liaison between technical CPQ teams and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment across Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product teams .
- Ensure sprint reviews and demonstrations focus on business value and measurable outcomes.
- Communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions effectively.
- Build strong relationships with Product Owners, developers, functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Support organizational change management and business readiness activities.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams when requirements or priorities conflict.
- Translate complex delivery issues into clear business impacts for leadership.
Project & Release Coordination
- Support project planning, scope management, timelines, milestones, and delivery objectives.
- Coordinate activities across geographically distributed Agile teams.
- Support release planning and go-live readiness activities.
- Track project milestones and ensure dependencies are addressed ahead of key releases.
- Coordinate deployment readiness, testing, defect resolution, and business acceptance activities.
- Support post-release reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
- Help ensure CPQ releases meet quality, business, technical, and compliance expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, project management, or technology implementation roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile delivery methodologies .
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud CPQ implementations .
- Strong understanding of Oracle CPQ business processes and implementation lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Working knowledge of CPQ configuration, product modeling, pricing, discounting, approvals, and integrations.
- Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Strong experience with Agile estimation techniques.
- Experience using Jira and/or Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and release planning.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics including velocity, cycle time, sprint predictability, burndown, and burnup.
- Experience managing dependencies across CPQ, CRM, ERP, and middleware teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance business urgency with technical, delivery, and compliance risks.
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification is preferred.

- Oracle Cloud CPQ implementation and delivery experience.
