Job Title: Analyst Data Management

Location: Columbus Ohio 43230

Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type: Hybrid(3 days onsite(Tue Thur) and 2 days remote)

Job Description:

• The Digital Commerce Data Analyst serves as the primary owner of product information and imagery across digital channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for partner and platform needs.
• This role functions as a subject matter expert in product data workflows, collaborating closely with cross functional teams to gather insights, resolve issues, and support seamless digital activation. With strong analytical skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inputs autonomously,
• This role drives operational excellence while supporting digital business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the full catalogue of digital product data and imagery, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with partner and business requirements
• Serve as the subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear communication to partners and internal teams
• Partner with cross functional teams to validate information, clarify data discrepancies, and maintain smooth workflows
• Investigate and resolve issues through proactive problem solving, testing, and refinement
• Maintain high standards of data integrity by following and enhancing processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability
• Extract, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources using advanced Excel skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of business experience preferred
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to take initiative and work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Experience learning new technical applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with SharePoint or AEM a plus
• Comfortable operating independently in a contract role with minimal onboarding

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
