Join Keffer Volkswagen as an Auto Parts Counterperson in Huntersville, NC. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts and accessories. Your expertise and excellent customer service will ensure that clients receive the right parts efficiently, supporting both retail customers and our service department. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and locating automotive parts and accessories.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using inventory and order management systems.
• Maintain parts inventory by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
• Provide technical knowledge and advice regarding parts compatibility and installation.
• Prepare and package orders for pickup or delivery.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability for vehicle repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an automotive parts environment preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and basic mechanical systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use computer systems for inventory and order management.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
