TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality patient care across a variety of clinical settings. This position is most likely a travel job , well-suited for LPNs who value flexibility, adaptability, and the opportunity to gain experience in diverse healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and record patient observations.
  • Assist with wound care, catheter insertion, and other clinical tasks.
  • Support patients with hygiene, mobility, and nutrition needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility and HIPAA standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in any clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills.
  • CPR or BLS certification.
  • Willingness to take on travel assignments as needed.
